About these terms and conditions
In these terms and conditions, "we," "our," and "us" refer to Ask Aesthetics Training Academy, and "you" and "your" refer to the delegate purchasing an Ask Aesthetics training course.
1. Introduction
1.1 By purchasing services from us, you agree to be legally bound by this contract.
1.2 When buying services or using resources, you also agree to be legally bound by our website terms and privacy policy. When buying an item/course, you agree that:
i) You are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to buy it. ii) You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buying an item and complete the checkout payment process.
The prices for our services/courses are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change displayed prices at any time and to correct pricing errors. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

1.3.2 Extra terms that may add to or replace some of this contract, for example, any specific written contract between us.
General conditions of booking
2.1 Ask Aesthetics Training Academy reserves the right to decline admission to any training courses.
2.2 We reserve the right to cancel or change planned training courses regarding dates, locations, and content. You will receive advance notice of any planning changes, and an alternative date will be offered. No refund will be given if the dates are changed.
2.3 Irrespective of circumstances, Ask Aesthetics Training Academy accepts no liability for loss of earnings or expenses due to course cancellation or rearrangement.
2.4 Proper clinic wear must be worn at all times in the training academy. Long hair must be tied up, minimal jewellery, and short nails. Denim and sportswear are not suitable.
2.5 ID and relevant qualifications must be sent via email before the training course.
2.6 Arrival more than 15 minutes late may result in course forfeiture.
Paying for your training course
3.1 Payment can be made via telephone (bank transfer or card payment).
3.2 Payment can be made in full or through a payment scheme.
3.3 Course balance must be paid in full before the course start date. Payment plan participants must keep up with monthly payments.
4. Cancelling your training course booking
4.1 Cancellation terms apply, with a 50% admin charge for cancellations made four weeks in advance. No refunds for courses booked within 4 weeks of the course date or if online resources have been accessed.
4.2 Delegates may arrange insurance for cancellation indemnity. No cancellation insurance is provided by Ask Aesthetics Training Academy.
4.3 No refunds for Acts of God, including weather-related issues.
Amending your training course
5.1 Amendments require written notice and incur an additional 25% admin charge. Availability on alternative dates is not guaranteed.
5.1.2 Refund offered if no place is available on preferred date. The original date may need to stay booked. Course transfer is not allowed.
Insurance and regulation
6.1 Covered by a group insurance policy while learning at Ask Aesthetics Training Academy.
6.2 Responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance for your country. No refunds if insurance not obtained.
6.3 Responsible for complying with statutory and legal obligations in your practice country.

Data Protection
8.1 Data used for processing orders and future marketing purposes by Ask Aesthetics Training Academy.
8.2 Your details won't be transferred to third parties without your consent.
Complaints
8.1 Complaints addressed promptly. Submit in writing to [email protected].
8.2 Complaints via Whatsapp or messaging services will not be responded to.
8.3 Written complaints acknowledged within two weeks of receipt.
8.4 No refunds for training courses or accessed online resources.
